We want you to love every item you purchase from Treacy’s Carpets and Furniture. But if something doesn’t work out, our furniture return policy ensures a smooth, hassle-free return or exchange process.

Our customers across Ireland can rest easy knowing that our refund policy is designed with fairness and transparency in mind. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or simply doesn’t meet expectations, you can contact us within a specified return period for a full refund or replacement. Items must be in original condition, and proof of purchase will be required.

This policy applies to furniture, accessories, and flooring products purchased online or in-store. We understand that buying large items can feel like a risk, so our refund policy in Ireland is crafted to support your peace of mind.

Once approved, refunds are processed promptly and returned via your original payment method. However, all costs incurred in the return of any item will be the responsibility of the customer. For hygiene reasons mattresses cannot be returned once the packaging has been removed.
